Boat Shed Warehouse - Returns Policy

We obviously want you to be delighted with any products you purchase from Boat Shed Warehouse, however if you are unhappy with any items you have received then please contact us.

We are happy to refund any items that are returned to us that are unopened and in original resalable condition, unless faulty or damaged in transit.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty in some way.

Should you need to return an item please contact us to arrange the return.

If you are returning items because you have changed your mind you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping, if the item is faulty then we will add any shipping charges to your refund on receipt - please provide us a copy of the any shipping charge receipts.

If an item is received and it is found not to be faulty then we will not reimburse shipping costs.
